PERIMENOPAUSE
Perimenopause is the last few years before a woman’s final period and can begin from the mid to late thirties. It can be a very chaotic time in a woman’s life. Whilst traditionally considered as a reproductive transition, it is in reality a whole body transition, characterised by emotional, psychological and physical symptoms that can be complex and challenging to navigate alone. Let me help you transition into the next phase of your life with minimal disruption.
Many women experience fluctuations in mood and energy level throughout their monthly cycle. For some women, this can be extreme and disruptive to daily life and relationships. This can become increasingly problematic as women approach perimenopause. Don’t be a slave to your cycle. Let’s get you off this crazy roller coaster and feeling like your best self all month.
